Classes and Rates
Individual training sessions are designed and paced to achieve your specific health and fitness goals. Exercises are modified as needed to suit your actual progress and skill development, and to accommodate for any physical areas of concern, such as low back discomfort or past surgery.
Pilates Equipment Sessions
Individual Pilates training sessions are conducted on studio-grade, high-quality equipment designed by top manufactures including Peak Pilates®, Balanced Body® and Basil®. Single private sessions are $85 and are 55 minutes in length. Discounted rates are available for multiple session purchases (paid in full at time of purchase).
Personal Training/Suspension Training Sessions
Individual Personal Training/Suspension Training sessions are conducted with the TRX® Suspension Trainer® and various exercise equipment and props. Single private sessions are $85 and are 55 minutes in length. Discounted rates are available for multiple sessions (paid in full at time of purchase).
Yoga Sessions
Private vinyasa (flow), adaptive or restorative yoga sessions are conducted in the client's residence if the appropriate setting is available. Please contact Neela for single or multiple-session training rates.
